Terms of condition
These conditions apply to reservations at Hotell Drottninggatan 11 for private individuals, associations and companies.
Confirmation of conditions
The booking becomes binding when the customer specified as the contact person has made their booking by phone, e-mail or physically at the hotel. Hotell Drottninggatan 11 (hereinafter “the seller”) will send a confirmation of the booking by e-mail in connection with the booking. Reservations are made on the internet at the address www.drottninggatan11.se, via e-mail or by phone on 0921-757 75.
The contact person has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge no later than three (3) days before the date of check-in. The cancellation must have been announced to the hotel no later than 5 pm this day. In case of cancellation, changes or no-show later than three days before check-in, the cost of the entire stay will be charged. For bookings made by the same contact person for 4 rooms or more, or for bookings for more than 14 nights, the guest has the right to cancel free of charge no later than 30 days before the arrival date, after which the entire stay will be charged.
The contact person must make cancellations and changes to their bookings via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+46 921-757 75). If the price for the rebooked room is higher than for the original booking, the contact person must pay the difference in the prices.
Room availability and check-out
Hotel guests are not allowed to let outsiders into the hotel premises. Door codes may not be transferred to anyone other than those who have been specified as living in the room.
Guests must check out of the room no later than 11.00 on the day of departure. The seller is not responsible for items left in the rooms or the hotel’s public areas. Guests should always check that the doors are locked when leaving the room or hotel.
The contact person must be of legal age. Minors are allowed to stay overnight at the hotel, provided that at least one adult lives in the same room.
Rules of procedure
Hotel guests must follow the hotel’s rules of procedure during their stay.
Hotel guests must not behave in a way that disturbs other guests or residents in the vicinity of the hotel. If guests act disruptively or otherwise neglect their obligations under this agreement, they may be expelled from the hotel. If any of the guests in the room have to be expelled from the hotel or if hotel staff have to be called to the hotel due to disruptive behavior or neglect of their obligations under this agreement, the contact person is not entitled to a refund or other compensation. The seller also has the right to demand compensation of SEK 2,500 for emergency calls.
Smoking in the rooms and other areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited and may trigger an automatic fire alarm. People who smoke or causes alarms due to smoking are responsible for all alarm, service and cleaning costs that smoking entails.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. People who bring animals into the hotel are obliged to reimburse all service, administration and cleaning costs that this entails. Alarm and other costs that arise due to violations of the rules of procedure or unintentional alarms must be paid in full by the person causing the alarm and ultimately by the contact person.
The accommodation provider’s responsibility
The person staying in the room is fully responsible for any damage he/she has caused and for the costs caused to the hotel or third parties or which are the result of actions in violation of the agreement. If it is not possible to determine the identity of the guest in the room that caused the damage or cost or if it is not possible to receive compensation for damage or costs from this guest, the damage and costs will be invoiced to the contact person or company that made the reservation.
If it is a problem to take possession of the room or if the guest discovers errors or deficiencies in the seller’s service, hotel room furnishings and condition, the guest must immediately when the error is discovered notify the seller, so the seller has the opportunity to correct the error. Registration is made by calling Hotel Drottninggatan 11’s telephone exchange. The seller is not obliged to compensate the contact person for errors or deficiencies that have not been duly reported and during the stay.
Cleaning and bedding are included in the room rates. If you feel that the room is not cleaned when you arrive, please contact the hotel at check-in.
The customer’s personal data
We process all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL).
When you place an order, you must provide certain information about yourself. When ordering, enter your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
If the seller can not offer booked accommodation, the contact person is entitled to a refund of the booking fee. The seller must without delay notify any changes to the contact person for the booking. We reserve the right to make changes.
The information you provide about yourself is only used internally at Hotel Drottninggatan 11. We guarantee that no information is provided
